LINES WITHOUT BORDERS
Prints, paintings, drawings and ceramics by
Marion Angelica, Maryrose Gondeck,
Marcia Haffmans,
Jonathan McFadden
Center for the Arts Gallery
Opening Reception
February 15, 7-9pm
Northfield
Arts Guild will open its mixed media exhibit of four regional
artists, Marion Angelica, Maryrose Gondeck, Marcia Haffmans, and
Jonathan McFadden. Northfield artist Maryrose Gondeck says
of her drawings, "They depict the complexity of humanness
where nothing is black or white and nothing is really easily known."
Painter Marcia Haffmans, who grew up in the flat landscape of the
Netherlands describes her work, "Lines not only define
separations, but also serve as connections...whether premeditated
or spontaneous." This exhibit is our opportunity to connect with
artists, to see how they interpret our changing world and, in
Jonathan McFadden's words "expose new forms of
interactions."
